Twisted Cloche Hat with crochet flower in Black Cotton. Just put it on. No need for clasps nor ties. Black cotton cloche hat "cups" the head. Pointy edge brim extends to one side. Ring pattern crown fits over the ears to protect from the sun. Attached is a decorative flower and leaf to make it look more feminine. The hat fits head sizes 21in-23in (54cm-59cm). The mannequin's head pictured measures 21in(53cm) around.
